Ishaqzaade presented the passionate love story of two different religion and rebellious individuals. The Chauhans and the Qureshis are two political families whose rivalry and matual hatred for one another goes back generations. Parma is a good for nothing local enforcer, grandson of the patriarch Chauvinist and Zoya his beloved, who is an only daughter in a traditional muslim family. But their families never allows they to love each other or to marry.
